Feral Childe's online shop represents select inventory from our collections. Unless otherwise stated, all Feral Childe garments are made in New York. If you need assistance locating a particular style, please get in touch at 

Sizing

Styles range from XS (0-2), S (4-6), M (8), L (10-12), XL (14). Items fit true to size unless otherwise noted. We aim to accommodate a variety of body types. We are happy to assist with questions about fit or styling suggestions.

Shipping

For orders over $150, shipping is free within the contiguous 48 states. Orders usually ship from our Oakland, CA studio within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS; we will notify you as soon as possible of any delays. Please contact us for shipping outside of the US.

Returns

Fabric may not be returned (swatches are available, if you are unsure).

If you would like to return clothing, kindly let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at orders@feralchilde.com and state your reason for return (your feedback helps us serve you better in the future). Returns are accepted only via UPS with the pre-paid UPS label enclosed in your order, or email us to request a new shipping label. Shipping and processing will be deducted from your refund. 

If we made a mistake (wrong item, size, or color) or if your item has a manufacturing defect, we will offer you an exchange, with free shipping, or a full refund if the item is no longer available. We must receive the return before we can offer you any exchange or refund. 

Clothing returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags intact and in saleable condition and received by Feral Childe within 10 days of notice of your intent to return. We cannot take responsibility for packages sent without return authorization, lost or damaged in shipping, or not sent via UPS. Returns received after 10 days are subject to a restocking fee.

Please note, fabrics and sale items are final and may not be returned. 

Representation & Availability of Merchandise

Feral Childe makes every effort to accurately represent the items for sale on the Feral Childe website. Colors vary on different monitors so don't hesitate to ask us any questions before you place your order. Feral Childe cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor’s representation of color, texture, or detail.  Fabric swatches available upon request for $2 plus SASE.

Our webshop inventory may change at any time. If you have placed an order on our website, and the item is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you do not see your size or color preference for a particular item, or if you need help locating a particular style, please email us with your request at . We are always happy to hear from you.
